I am from Germany, English is not my first language. I have decided to have a business in Thailand. To be able to succeed in my business I will have to learn the language. It was difficult at first because I am not so good in communication in both Thai and English. I always ended up frustrated and angry because nobody understood me. Thanks goodness! I found Thankful Knowledge while walking around Soi LK Pavillion, opposite Tony's Food Court in South Pattaya. The teacher is German and he is so patient and explains everything I need to know in a quite easy and understandable way. Now my communication skills have improved and I am now able to express myself easily, my staff has better understanding of what I am saying and especially my clients feel better doing business with me now. I am working for an international operating company in Pattaya and our clients come from all over the world. Unfortunately none of our staff was able to communicate with our customers from German speaking countries in their native language. To change that, I was sent to TKLC to study the German language. First I thought that it will be quite difficult for me to study German but the friendly environment and my personal one-on-one teacher with his relaxed and plain way of teaching created an atmosphere which made me learn way quicker than I ever would have thought before. Because of my achievments in studying the German language I just got promoted last month and I'd like to thank everybody at TKLC for helping me to get there. I am a mother of 3 children aged 12, 15, 17 and I want the best education for them so I've put them in a billigual school in Pattaya even though it cost a lot to me. Unfortunately, they are not so interested in learning. I encouraged them that if they can improve their grades in school I will give them what they want. I was thinking of what is the best thing to do to make them interested until one day a friend of mine told me to let them study at Thankful Knowledge once or twice a week for academic improvement. I enrolled them at this school and I have noticed their grades in school are improving! Thanks to TKLC. I am happy that my children now are enjoying learning.
